These are some of the questions people have, if you have any that hasn’t been answered here don’t hesitate to contact us
How long are the training sessions in the morning and in the afternoon?
The morning sessions start around 6-6:30 am with a run around the lake (approximately 8km). Some days we run fast, other days slow; some days we do intervals, other days we just do sprint drills instead of the entire lake. The session ends around 9 am.
In the afternoon, we start at 3:30 pm and finish at 6pm.
Do you spar in the gym?
We spar 3 days a week, alternating between muay thai and just boxing sparring.
Can beginners train at the gym?
Sure, beginners are welcome at the gym. Some of the people who come have never trained before. Our experienced coaches will take care of you and make sure you get the basics you need to move up to the next level.
Some beginners even end up having fights here after getting ready.

How do you get to Ubon from Bangkok? How far is Ubon from Bangkok?
There are 4 options:
- Flying with Air Asia http://www.airasia.com
- Flying with Nok air http://www.nokair.com
- By train http://www.thaifocus.com/travel/train/
- By bus. Many different bus lines go from Bangkok to Ubon. From Bangkok, you need to go to the Morchit bus station first. Take the BTS Skytrain all the way to the end – the last station is Morchit station. I dont really like taking the bus but, if you can’t help it, I recommend going with Nakonchai Air. They are the most reliable and the most comfortable, and take approximately 9 hours to reach Ubon.

Most definitely. Our coaches will evaluate you and see IF your ready to fight and at WHAT LEVEL you are ready to fight. There are lots of local muay thai events happening every week around Ubon.

Do I need to bring my own gear/gloves to the gym?
No, you don’t need to bring any gear, we have gloves and shinpads at the gym for you to use, and you can buy a mouthguard, shorts and hand wraps at the gym. Most people however end up buying their own gloves and other protective gear while they are here, as prices in Thailand are much lower than those in the rest of the world.
Internet? Wireless? Notebook?

What is the power suply/voltage/electricity?
The power supply in Thailand is 220V, as in Europe. Most power outlets take two round prongs, so you may need an adaptor for your device.
